Hales Health and Social Care are recruiting Support Workers to provide care and support to an adult male with MS, living independently, in a fully adapted home in the Norwich area.
As a result of his condition he has severe physical disabilities and complex needs. His team support him with his personal care, daily living and in addition with social activities for example going to the gym using fully adapted own transport.

We are looking to recruit individuals are reliable and have prior exposure to similar complex cases. A sense of humour and good communication skills are essential.
Full induction, specialist peg feeding and medication training will be provided. Own driving licence is essential. Applicants must be able to commit to regular work on an ongoing basis.
Shift patterns consist of 0700-1400, 1400-2100 and 2100-0700.
