Getting registered
It's very important we spend time getting to know you. We don't just want to find you a job, we want to find you the right job.
Our comprehensive registration process is designed to ensure we have a complete picture of your work history, the kind of work you're looking for, your likes and dislikes, your skills and experience.
You will often have more marketable experience than you realise and our fully qualified, approachable consultants are trained to obtain this information in order to make the best representation of you to our clients.
We'll ask you to complete your details on our simple application form, if appropriate undertake some skills assessments, and finish with an interview.
To register with us you will require:
- Current CV or minimum 2 years of employment, education, and/or personal history (this must include the name, address and telephone number for a minimum of 2 referees).
- Your National Insurance number.
- Proof of Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Proof of Identity.
- Bank Account details (Account number, Sort code and Bank Address) (for temporary work only).
Finding you work
Once you are registered and referenced, you can be sure that we'll be working hard to find you a suitable assignment as soon as possible. We won't file your details in the drawer and wait for the phone to ring with your perfect job, we'll go out there and try to find it.
We will produce a CV for you in our own format, we'll create mailers and leaflets with your details (at the consultant's discretion) and circulate them to potential clients who may have a need for your skills.
When there's a temporary assignment or a permanent role we feel you may be interested in
Once we've found a suitable assignment for you or we take a vacancy that matches your skills and requirements, we'll give you a call to run through the details and make sure you're happy and available.
We will not submit your CV to a client without speaking to you first unless you give us permission to do so. If the assignment is what you're looking for, then we'll confirm your details to the client. Don't forget we'll never force you into a booking you're not happy about! All we ask of you, is your commitment to communicate any changes in your circumstances so that we can offer a professional service to our clients.
