Hales Group are looking for a Website Administrator for our client based in Lowestoft, Suffolk.
As Website Administrator your duties will include using key web metrics from Google Analytics, Screen Pages and CatEX benchmarking reports to assess the performance of the website, category and product pages. Report and recommend possible actions that can be taken including an evaluation of time, cost and possible ROI, put forward implementation schedules for actions agreed on website optimisation and coordinate through to completion, assist with any action taken to optimise the website and measure and report on effect of changes made to the website. Involvement in the Google PPC program including analysis, recommending and actioning change. Uploading press releases, adding PR from consumer magazines and other content, updating product pages with relevant information and removing product when required and conduct regular customer research.
