Hales Group are keen to recruit experienced Telesales Executives with experience of working with the travel industry. This is an inbound call centre only, with approx 50 calls received each day per desk. Knowledge of Airport coding is required as this is a fast paced order confirmation service. A flexible approach to working hours is required as this is on a rolling shift basis between 9.00am and 10.00pm Monday – Wednesday, with reduced hours Thursday - Sunday. You are paid for a 35hr week and are able to work additional hours but on a commission based only basis. There is an excellent commission structure and good benefits package on offer for successful candidates.
