We are looking to recruit a Health and Social Care Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Stevenage. We provide care workers to residential homes, hospitals and to individual service users in the community. You will manage on a day to day basis a data base of care workers to meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high quality care and that our care workers receive the support they need to do their job well. You will ensure that you have continuous growth in terms of care workers, clients and hours supplied. You will be supported by your Branch Manager on a day to day basis but will also have the benefit of support from our experienced senior management team.

You will be an organised individual with ability to think logically, remain calm under pressure and have a real affinity for the work we do. Experience in the Health and Social Care sector is desirable but not essential.
