Hales Group are looking for a Project Manager based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

The successful candidate will ensure that all contractual requirements are complied with in line with procedures, provide direction of project dedicated personnel responsible for HSE, quality, engineering, construction, project engineering and business services, including sub contractors, planning, cost control and information management. Ensure clear goals for all project personnel aligned to contract requirements.

Establish effective communication interfaces for all areas of the project and with operations, establish cost reporting methods and procedures that are consistent with contract requirements, arrange contract coordination meetings on a regular basis including the contracts engineer. The successful candidate will ensure initiatives for cost saving and business efficiency improvements to deliver optimum commercial performance, ensure that all work complies with contract and health, safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures; project specific SHE and quality plans; and agreed interfacing requirements with sub contractors, as appropriate.

You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, have extensive experience in a range of oil and gas projects and proven project management experience. A professional qualification within engineering discipline or equivalent is advantageous. A strong background of project delivery against challenging KPI's is required and offshore medical and survival is essential.
