Hales Group are looking to recruit a Performance and Quality Manager for their client based in Ipswich, Suffolk. Candidates applying for this role must have experience within Quality Assurance and Auditing and have a strong background in welfare to work.

 

The duties for this role will include auditing centres across East Anglia, including financial documentation.  You will be conducting observations of training activity, compiling feedback, creating and implementing quality improvement action plans, compiling equality and diversity data for the region. You will be expected to report all finding at the Managers meetings.

 

Candidates applying for this role must be prepared to travel to various sites across East Anglia.
