Hales Group are seeking professional individuals with strong customer service and communication skills to join a successful call centre team.
Duties will involve taking calls from customers, resolving queries and advising them of new products and services.
Good IT knowledge is essential for this role with professional customer service skills and a clear telephone manner. Previous experience in a customer focused or call centre environment is an advantage. You must be flexible to working hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm Mon-Fri.
