Hales Group are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join this forward thinking Legal practice in Norwich. 

You will be responsible for the whole finance function for the firm, which will include management accounts, financial projections and cashflow management as well as preparing the annual budgets and overseeing the preparation of annual business plans. You will lead and develop the finance team and work closely with the Managing Principal in driving the business forward, looking at strategy and acting as a business partner to the fee-earning teams. Within this role you will be required to travel to other locations in London and Norfolk.

 

You will be ACCA/ACA qualified and will have gained your experience in a legal firm which coupled with excellent management skills and the ability to drive a business forward will make you the right candidate for this role.
