Hales Group is looking for an experienced Employment Consultant for their client based in Kings Lynn, for a 6 month initial contract.

In this role you will help create learning plans for clients which identify skills, experience, training needs and help with soft skills such as motivation and confidence. Create CVs that sell their skills and experience to their target jobs and match them to suitable vacancies, whilst liaising with employers. Experience in recruitment, sales or employment sectors would be advantageous.

Candidates applying for this role will be personable and customer focused with a patient and understanding nature. You will possess excellent organisational skills, have a good understanding of the local labour market and be comfortable working within a highly customer/ client focused environment. Excellent communication skills are essential both face to face and on the telephone.
