We are looking to recruit a Homecare Coordinator to join our successful Health and Social Care branch in Bourne. The successful candidate will be joining a highly reputable and forward thinking organisation where your efforts will be recognised and rewarded.
Working as a Homecare Coordinator you will be assisting with referrals for domiciliary care from social workers, private clients, etc. and assigning care workers to those Service Users, ensuring the Company’s reputation for appropriate staff placement, quality and compliance. You will be assist with providing support to Senior Carers, Supervisors and Care Workers throughout the allocated areas and also be responsible for data input, scheduling of calls and assisting with the processing of timesheets/weekly payroll.
Experience of service provision in the domiciliary care profession is required and experience of agency care coordinating would be a distinct advantage. Key competencies required for the role are excellent planning and organisational skills, the ability to maintain office policies, procedures and systems and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. The successful candidate will be even-tempered and patient, able to cope with change and be able to display empathy and warmth when required.
