Hales Group are currently looking for a Managing Director for their client based in Thetford.

The successful candidate must be a self starter, capable of thinking outside the box and taking the initiative in an innovative environment who can also apply engineering disciplines to design, drawing management and quality. A qualified engineer with at least 3 years experience in the automotive/ machinery sector and at least 3 years experience of 3D modelling in solid works including mechanical design.

The role will include taking responsibility for the development and management of solid works models for the vehicle conversions. Participate in engineering discussions for the development of new products and the further development of existing products. Supporting the development and implementation of quality systems within the company and sub contractors and supporting vehicle certification applications.
