Hales Group are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Administrator for their Norwich based client
Duties to include:
· Providing excellent sales and customer service support to all site visitors and incoming callers
· Responsible for the daily processing and dispatch of all orders and effective liaison with the Sales Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Accounts Manager, and relevant external stakeholders when necessary
· Working in conjunction with the Sales Manager in order to meet the annual sales target
· Maintain and support the development of information systems such as databases and CRM software
· Responsible for handling customer queries in a consistent manner, which reflects the Brand.
· Responsible for handling complaints, maintaining the complaints database and coordinating internal investigations
You will have previous experience of IT systems preferably Sage, ACT or TAS
You must possess an excellent telephone manner.
You will be able to demonstrate your written and verbal communication to a high standard.
Successful candidates will be able to exhibit previous Academic achievements at either GCSE, A Level or Degree.
Previous experience of working in a sales / customer service focused environment is essential
