Due to expansion within our busy Bury St Edmunds office, Hales Group are seeking two additional RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS to join their existing team.

You will be responsible for managing your own client base, generating new business, developing relationships with clients, marketing and sales activity, interviewing and candidate selection.

Ideally, you will be an experienced Recruitment professional who can demonstrate consistent over-achievement within a sales capacity. You will be self motivated, focused and hungry to grow new business. Regular client visits to new and existing customers will be expected and therefore your own transport is essential.
