  • Our client near Diss is looking for a Draughtsperson to work as part of a team. 

    You will be designing and developing electro-mechanical systems within a fast-paced environment.  You will be required to provide mechanical design solutions that consider the full life cycle of the product.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing documentation including BOMs, drawings for internal circulation, detailed production drawings and parts list.  Activity reports are also required and presentations as necessary.

    With good communication skills you will liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to manage the supply of parts, as well as the Operations Team to achieve practical and economical design solutions.

    Experience of AutoCAD is essential and knowledge of Inventor 3D Modelling and 2D drafting would be advantageous.

    Graduates with a working knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered for this role.

    This position will intially be offered on a 3 month temporary contract with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
