Our Beccles based client is seeking a multi skilled maintenance engineer. The role will involve ensuring the safe, efficient running of machines and equipment to meet production targets on alternating 6-2 / 2-10 shift patterns.

As a multi skilled maintenance engineer your duties will include maintain production machines to meet production targets, develop with the team planned maintenance schedules to ensure machine continuity, carry out repairs and modifications to the agreed schedule and to undertake planned maintenance tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a proactive team player, be self motivated and have a logical approach to problem solving.

You must be a time served engineer to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with previous experience in electrical and mechanical engineering fields.
