Our Great Yarmouth based client is seeking a machinist / mechanical fitter. You will fabricate, maintain and repair metal objects through the operation of lathes, shapers, planers, milling machines, drill presses, hydraulic presses and similar equipment. Duties include measuring work carefully by using precision tools such as a micrometer, using, adjusting, cleaning and storing the tools, machinery and equipment that you use and to improve and streamline work processes.

The successful candidate must have the ability to use graphic instructions such as CAD drawings and sketches and make skillful, controlled manipulations of small objects.
