Our client is seeking a Mechanical Test and Commissioning Technician based at their site in Great Yarmouth.

Duties will include mechanical assembly of the system, installing the hydraulic fixtures and fittings to the system, full test and commissioning of the system, liaising with supplier during any fault finding stages and following existing test procedures and assist in the writing of new procedures.

As Mechanical Test and Commissioning Technician you must have electro hydraulic systems knowledge, be able to read hydraulic circuit drawings and mechanical fitting experience. Experience and knowledge with Star Delta starters, using the gates hydraulic hose system and experience within the ROV / offshore industry would be advantageous.
