Hales Group are looking for a Mechanic for their Ipswich based Client. Duties will include diagnosing vehicle faults, carrying out vehicle servicing, ensuring vehicle parts replaced under warranty are returned to stores, carrying out routine vehicle examinations using hand held data capture devices, attending on-road vehicle breakdowns and recoveries and carrying out vehicle road testing where necessary.

You must be familiar with all relevant diagnosis equipment including hydraulic flow meters, air and vacuum gauges, multi meters, temperature gauges, micrometers and vernier gauges. You must posses a minimum of level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent and be fully conversant with the overhaul and repair of vehicle systems. PCV experience is essential.

Hours of work will be 8.5 hour shifts between the hours of 6am - Midnight.
