  • Hales Group are looking for a Product Support Engineer Contractor for our Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk based client. . You will provide post development engineering support for the complete range of products; provide engineering design support to manufacturing and product management; manage and maintain engineering date using EDM software; undertake design updates including enhancements of existing products and implement engineering changes as needed.

    Working as a Product Support Engineer you will be experienced in mechanical product design with an analytical ‘hands-on’ approach to problem solving. You also will be competent in 3D mechanical CAD (preferably Unigraphics NX). Minimum qualification of OND/ONC in Mechanical Engineering needed.

    Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 08.00am – 17.00pm, Friday 08.00 – 13.30pm.
