Our client in Diss is looking for a Retail Assistant Retail Manager to assist the Manager in the running of the store.  You will be supervising staff in the Manager’s absence and will be required to train members of staff to adhere to company policies and procedures.  The successful candidate will also be able to motivate team members and lead by example.  Excellent customer service skills are an essential requirement for this post.

The successful candidate will be experienced in retail or a confident sales professional looking for a position within the retail sector.
