Hales Group are looking for a Team Leader to join their busy and expanding Client's office in Diss.  Candidates applying for the Team Leader role must have proven experience in sales, ideally in outbound telemarketing and be able to motivate a team of 6.  Insurance or FSA experience would be beneficial however not essential.

Hours of work for this position will be between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu).

This role is an excellent opportunity for a proven salesperson which could progress into a management role.
