Working as a PA/Secretary for a senior department manager for a Thetford based company your duties will include typing of correspondence, diary management, meeting and greeting visitors, inputting payroll information, designing and distributing mailers and dealing with client queries/enquiries. There will also be personnel duties including applying for references and checking of identification.
You must have a solid administration background, high attention to detail, excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Hours of work:
8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
The role will also have a monthly administration bonus.
