Our client based in Letchworth are seeking an HR Administrator.
Providing a central point of contact for the HR Dept;
Maintaining HR systems & assisting with the continual development of the HR Intranet;
Preparing reports & statistics to provide quality management information to line management on a timely basis;
Supporting members of HR with administrative tasks inc management of recruitment exercises etc;
Liaising with payroll dept on HR issues ensuring compliance with personnel/employment policies
Administering the Private Medical Scheme for senior management;
Managing First Aiders records as well as job centre and website recruitment
