  • Our client based in Stevenage are seeking an HR Advisor. 

    Working with senior managers to define an HR strategy;
    Coaching, influencing & advising the relevant business area in all matters relating to people management ensuring effective people management activity;
    Coaching & advising the relevant business area to ensure compliance with European, national and local law, policies & procedures;
    Contributing to new HR policy & process requirements

    As an HR Advisor, your key requirements will include leading edge HR thinking & practice with emphasis on improving business performance; language & communication skills - a second language or international English skills etc
