  • Team Leader required for our client based in Hitchin

    Job Summary:
    Leading an operations processing team in the provision of efficient service to policyholders and other customers.  You will be working with other Team Leaders to implement improved business processes or lead project.  You will be delivering briefings, progress reports and performance feedback to the manager and team.  Providing leadership / staff development and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.  Proven supervisory experience is required and relevant pensions experience preferred.

    Key Requirements:
    5 GCSE's of grade C or above (inc. Maths and English) or equivalent;
    5 years relevant experience in a client facing or business support environment;
    2 years team leadership or supervisory experience;
    Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and organisational skills
