Our Gorleston based client is seeking call centre agents for starts in May. Duties will include contacting customers to advise them of new insurance products available. 

For this call centre position the hours are 37 hours per week, 11.45am - 8.15pm and alternative Saturdays 10am - 2.15pm.

You must possess an enthusiastic and confident telephone manner with strong customer service skills. Previous experience in a sales role or call centre position an advantage.
