Responding quickly & effectively to client requests relating to their insurance policies; Arranging insurance cover as agreed with clients; Developing a positive relationship with the client & showing them where they can obtain better value on other insurances they hold; Following branch procedures to protect the client, the company and insurer; Ensuring all relevant info is given to the client as required; Taking responsibility for your personal development in terms of understanding policies, procedures, legal and regulatory framework
Ideal candidates would have a customer service or sales / insurance background but is not essential as training will be given as you will be dealing with a wide range of insurances e.g. home, motor, life and travel. You must be self motivated and although you will not be working on a commission basis, your performance will be rewarded.
