We are seeking on behalf of our client a candidate who has previous training knowledge and group facilitation skills along with significant operational management experience gained in a statutory or voluntary sector organisation and being able to manage volunteers.  Direct personal experience as a carer is required.  Excellent listening, written and verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills are essential.  You must be willing to travel extensively and work some evenings and weekends.

Mains duties will included recruiting, training and developing people with potential to become tutors to deliver quality assured, accredited training programmes.  Liaising with statutory and voluntary sector services to win support and participation, ensure good communications and relationships with key stakeholders, managing admin teams, volunteers and resources and leading expert strategic/operational level for lay-led self management programmes.
