Hales Group are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client a Customer Service Administrator based in Thetford, Norfolk.
Working a a Customer Service Administrator you must be able to speak fluent French (Spanish is desirable). A good level of IT and be confident in using Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills will also be required. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and willing to take on a variety of tasks. There is the opportunity for progression within the organisation.
You will be required to answer incoming calls; raise quotations; process sales orders; raise invoices/credit notes; liaise with the Accounts Department; dealing with customers and technical issues; data input; filing; general admin; processing export documents; following up on shipping issues; processing goods return notes/authorisations and liaising with different departments.
Hours of work will be 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
