Hales Group are currently recruiting a Heating Services Routing Clerk for their Client in Diss to cover a maternity contract for up to one year.

The role will involve routing and scheduling Engineers appointments whilst ensuring customers needs are met.  You will be expected to process all related administration including contracts and daily worksheets whilst handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

The successful candidate will have to work well as part of a team.

Previos experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
