  • Providing a personal & efficient customer service in respect of all areas of policy servicing, whilst complying with statutory and industry regulation;
    Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate level;
    Demonstrating self motivation & individual personal development planning, maintaining positive/efficient working attitude at all times;
    Working effectively as part of a team within the Operations Division;
    Performing authorisation of transactions with pre-determined limits;
    Completing own quality control checks, to deliver work right first time;
    Planning & prioritising own work to meet service standards & delivery deadlines;

    Knowledge Required:
    5 GCSE's or above - including Maths and English) or equivalent;
    Experience in a customer facing or business support environment;
    Able to demonstrate the ability to develop & deliver improving customer service skills
