We are seeking an experienced PA to provide a full secretarial service undertaking typing/word processing of all correspondence, reports and other documents and maintaining confidentiality, prioritising the importance of correspondence ensuring important information is dealt with in appropriate time scales, drafting standard replies to emails, managing the diary and personal filing systems as required, making arrangements for meetings, internal and external, researching information and providing general support to the team.
You will have strong communication skills and computer skills, experience of working within a customer focused environment, have a flexible approach to work, experience of prioritising workloads and multi tasking. Experience of working with a Senior management team an advantage.
This is a maternity leave cover for up to 1 year.
