Hales Group are looking for Call Centre Agents to work for a successful Call Centre that understands the importance of brand value. Based in Gorleston the Call centre offers their staff the opportunity to grow and progress within their business, along with a mix of financial incentives, bonuses and competitions.
The main duties of the role include contacting customers to discuss the benefits of Income Protection Insurance with them. A full training program of 2 weeks is undertaken to ensure that you are confident with all FSA regulations.
The hours of work are 11.45 am - 8.15 pm Mon - Fri.
You must possess an enthusiastic and confident telephone manner with strong customer service skills. Previous experience in a sales role or call centre position an advantage.
