  • Due to a time of exciting growth our client is seeking a Senior Offshore Personnel Coordinator to join their team based in Lowestoft.

    The main responsibilities of the Senior Offshore Personnel Coordinator is to ensure that the offshore department processes and procedures are in place and adequately maintained, maintaining the availability of candidates, assessing, grading and where appropriate rejecting candidates, arranging for suitable candidates to be placed, monitoring of aged debtors, management, maintenance and upkeep of the ROVer II database, assisting the general manager in organising events for clients, monitoring levels of business in the offshore department, maintaining regular contact with all Offshore clients, assisting in the training and development of offshore department personnel and locating new business in the offshore field.

    It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of the offshore/oil and gas industry, ideally within a similar role. You will have the ability to build and maintain long term business relationships with both clients and candidates, possess a clear telephone manner with accurate administrative skills and work to extremely high standards. You will be extremely organised and used to working under pressure.
