Our client in Attleborough is looking for a Customer Service Administrator. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who is able to liaise with people at all levels and be organised and able to manage their own time.
Duties will include;
Answering incoming calls
Dealing with customer queries
Processing orders taken over the phone
Dealing with enquiries regarding stock and transport
Passing sales enquiries to the sales department
All office administration
Hours for this role are 8.30am – 5.00pm.
This is a temporary assignment for approx 5-6 months.
