Hales Group are looking for Team Leaders and Managers to work for their Client in Diss where you will work within a fast-paced and demanding environment.  You need to be organised, cope well under pressure and bring new ideas and ways of thinking to the business. 

The successful candidate will need proven man-management experience.  You will be motivating staff to achieve targets and maximise their potential.  You will need to be able to identify your department’s requirements and suggest ideas to move the business forward.  You will be responsible to the Operations Manager and will attend regular management meetings where your opinions will be valued.

Previous experience within an FSA environment would be advantageous but not essential. 

This position is working rotating shifts between 9am – 7pm and every other Saturday.
