Hales are looking to recruit a QA Supervisor for a company based in Thetford, Norfolk offering a salary of £21,500 per annum.

The successful candidate will have experience in a Quality Assurance role, although someone of a graduate level or equivalent with a basic experience and a keen interest in QA.  You must be self motivated and confident, with the ability to work with minimum supervision, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and be able to make decision under pressure.

The main duties of the positions includes maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant Quality standards and act as internal consultant on technical matters.  Assisting with the rapid introduction of new products, liaising with retailers and suppliers on supplier quality issues.  Managing and delivering multiple projects on time.
