  • You will need to have strong customer liaison skills, along with a professional telephone manner.  Excellent analytical skills, in order to determine resolutions to problems.  The ideal candidate will need to be a self starter, resilient to pressure and able to work in a multi-paces environment.  You will also need to have the ability to learn and retain knowledge quickly with a technical aptitude in order to implement data change where necessary.  Previous experience within a call centre/help desk environment would be desirable.  It would also be beneficial if you have some previous financial knowledge or background.

    You will be working within a support team providing telephone and remote diagnostic software support for accounting modules.  You be taking responsibility of incidences allocated, ensuring the customer is kept update with progression and resolution detail.  Analysing and making changes within database to resolve issues, along with giving advice and guidance.  You will also be balancing figures and conducting system and program testing.

    You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis between the hours of 7am and 7pm (Mon- Fri) and to also work 1 x Saturday morning every 6 weeks.
