  • Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator who has an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.  You will need to be confident and well organised and be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.  A knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage although not essential.

    You will be required to handle all incoming sales calls and deal with product enquiries, availability and pricing, along with assisting customers with product knowledge when required.  Checking orders that have been delivered, chasing outstanding orders and liaising with both internal and external contacts.  Sales calls to existing customers on the database to promote various products and offers.  Providing support to external sales force, including general administration.

    Hours are either 8.30am - 5pm or 9am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri (rotating on a weekly basis

    Quarterly bonus is available if company targets are hit
