  • Technical & Professional Network Group Manager based in East Anglia is required

    Salary:  £35,000-£40,000 plus bonus (up to 10% pro rated)

    Managing a team of Managers, Assistant Managers and Assistants as well as a range of suppliers, both internal & external;
    Acting as conference developer for a series of events in one or more professional sectors;
    Acting as a business developer in delivering proposals for commercially viable events within industry sectors;
    Producing & publishing content online in a timely fashion;
    Working with publishing teams in the development of the online & any complimentary products;
    Taking responsibility for content of events & any publishing medium according to technical/educational quality & information value;
    Ensuring cost-effectiveness of research & conference production processes

    Person Specification:
    Educated to degree level with an interest in Engineering, Technology or business including expertise in current commercial/industrial world;
    Experience in a conference producing/editorial environment;
    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
    High level of IT literacy inc. awareness of DTP packages etc
