The company are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for ensuring production requirements are consistently met through effective production planning, managing manpower, working to reduce overtime and increasing productivity within the modern factory.  You will be involved in the tasting panel and with developing new products.  You will take responsibility for ensuring quality of products, planning ingredients and packaging stock, method statements, HACCP implementation and ensuring maintenance of equipment.  You will liaise with the Technical and Warehouse Managers and deputise in their absence as required.
