Hales Group are looking for call centre agents for forthcoming campaigns for our client based in Gorleston, Norfolk.

As a call centre agent your duties will include contacting customers to advise them of new insurance products available. 

For this call centre position the hours are 37 hours per week, 11.45am - 8.15pm and alternative Saturdays 10am - 2.15pm.

You must possess an enthusiastic and confident telephone manner with strong customer service skills. Previous experience in a sales role or call centre position an advantage.
