You will need to have several years experience at working within a senior credit control position. In depth knowledge of collection processes and procedures and strong analytical skills. Excellent written and spoken English along with good interpersonal skills. MS office skills are required particularly in Excel, with good initiative and resourceful. Good time management skills and sound business acumen in order to understand company accounts and setting credit limits.
Duties will include management of a team of 4 credit controllers and the prime function is to ensure the smooth maintenance of the credit control department. Constant assessment of the credit levels of the top 2 customers. Managing a large and ever-growing debtor book and credit exposure. Setting credit limits and risk assessments.
