  • Credit Controller required for our client based in Biggleswade.

    Must be computer literate and possess a confident manner together with an approachable attitude and a willingness to resolve queries.  Must be able to liaise with customers over the telephone with confidence and engage a tactfulness when required.  You will be working in a team to ensure that the department achieves its deadlines and targets.

    Duties will include chasing all items receivable on the specified section of the sales ledger and working as per the customers' credit policy.  You will also be issuing chase up letters on behalf of publishers to overdue accounts and contacting them via the telephone.

    Hours 9am - 5pm
