Applications are invited from candidates who are CIMA/ACCA studier or an experienced Accountant.  Manufacturing experience is preferred with a food industry background being a distinct advantage.  Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Navision) is desired, along with MS Excel skills.  The ability to work on own initiative, flexible and creative in reporting presentation and comfortable liaising with non-financial departments.

Main duties include: monthly calculation/analysis of gross margin of products and reconciliation to Navision system; ensuring financial information is consistent - e.g wastage, labour rates, etc; keeping accurate month end stock levels and valuations thereof; reviewing standard costs; assisting FC with development of weekly reporting and Navision; general support to FC including monthly reporting; preparation of budgets/forecasts; etc.

In return the company is offering a salary of £25k - £33k per annum along with contributory pension and healthcare after qualifying period.  There is also a studying package if appropriate.
