Norfolk Recruitment Awards 2010 Success

The tenth annual Norfolk Recruitment Awards were held on Friday 12th November 2010 at a lavish ceremony in Norwich.

This established and prestigious event in the recruitment calendar has increased in popularity over the years with competition getting ever more fierce.
Hales Group are delighted to announce that they were winners of the two most sought after categories - Special Award of the Decade and Best Team

Judges stated their final decision in the Special Award category came down to 3 key principles:
Being an inspiration and leader in their field, setting professional standards for the industry, their people, their clients and their customers, being a great representative of Norfolk.

The judges also felt that the Hales Team showed immense energy and interacted well between branches whilst maintaining a healthy level of competition. They also commented that communication is a key driver to our success – despite being dispersed still having team spirit. We were delighted they felt we have a demonstrable passion and want to be the best.

These awards add to the array of accolades Hales have achieved in this event since its inception and complete a successful year where we were also finalists in the national Institute of Recruitment Professionals awards and winner of the Suffolk Recruitment Awards Manager of the Year.
