Wednesday 22nd & Thursday 23rd September 2010 and Thursday 14th October
The new regulations derive from European legislation designed to give temporary agency workers parity in pay and employment conditions as they would have been entitled to had they been recruited by the end user directly to do the same job. However, the new coalition government is currently reviewing the regulations and the full impact of the AWR cannot be fully assessed until this is complete.
Be the first to know how this will impact on your use of flexible workers by attending our free seminars. You and your business will benefit from:
- An up to date explanation of the regulations and their potential impact on your business
- Practical systems that can be put in place to meet equal treatment requirements
- The opportunity to give your feedback on issues effecting your business and your use of agency workers
- Advice on limiting risks and eliminating the chance of any tribunals
- A free toolkit with implementation guidance and timelines
- An opportunity to network with other employers and share best practice
